Turnkey Integration Services

One team to plan your whole line

Turnkey Integration Services help you plan and build a complete bakery production line. We work with your team to map the process, design the layout and coordinate the details so your line comes together smoothly, runs efficiently and is set up to scale.

Building a production line is more than choosing machines. It’s making sure every handoff, footprint, utility and future upgrade makes sense. Turnkey Integration Services are for teams who know what they want to produce but don’t have the time (or internal resources) to coordinate every detail across multiple vendors.

With Moline, you get a practical hands-on partner who can take ownership of the plan, whether you’re starting fresh, upgrading a line, or integrating new equipment with what you already have.

What you get with Turnkey Integration Services:

  • Clear plan: We start with your product goals, throughput targets, constraints and changeover needs.
  • Proven design: You get a defined process flow, an equipment plan, and a layout that supports efficient day-to-day operation.
  • Facility-aware planning: We incorporate your footprint, floorplan realities, people and material flow, and key utility considerations.
  • Coordination: We align pricing and lead times, then help coordinate ordering, delivery timing and installation planning.
  • Seamless flow: We focus on smooth handoffs and reliable connections between each step of production to reduce surprises at install.
  • Path to scale: We plan with future expansion in mind, so it’s easier to increase capacity or upgrade over time.

What are Turnkey Integration Services?

Turnkey Integration Services help you plan and build a complete production line – including non-Moline equipment – with one team guiding the process from early design through coordination and install planning.

What’s included?

Most projects include line discovery, production line design, facility/layout planning, third-party equipment sourcing, pricing/lead times and project coordination. Scope is tailored to your timeline, budget and internal resources.

Can you help if we already have equipment?

Yes. If you’re upgrading or transitioning a line, we can evaluate what you have, identify gaps and bottlenecks, recommend what to replace now vs. later, and build an upgrade path that minimizes downtime.

How do you ensure different equipment works together?

We design around the real-world requirements of your line – space, product, capacity and changeovers – then align critical connection points like conveying/cooling transfers, elevations, product spacing, timing and expansion flexibility.

Do you only do donuts?

Donut systems are the primary focus today, and the same integration approach can also apply to select dough-processing projects. If you’re not sure whether your product fits, we’ll tell you quickly.
