The Moline test facility in Duluth, Minnesota is a 16,000 square foot fully-equipped bakery providing a unique and confidential atmosphere for testing.  The facility is used for Moline R & D and by customers. Customers can send in ingredients and their own equipment if desired, to perform product evaluation, formulation and equipment process testing. Once testing is complete, a written report is sent to the customer documenting the process and results.
