Raised Donut Production Systems
The fully automated Moline Raised Donut Production System consists of dough forming equipment (Yoga dough former or chunker/extruder combination), sheeting line, makeup line, trim removal, proofing, frying and finishing/cooling equipment.  This equipment can produce raised donuts at rates of 4,000 to 30,000 pieces per hour dependent upon equipment size.  Systems are available from 24" to 60" wide.  Custom-built cutters or stamping dies provide the desired product size, shape and production rate.  As always, qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
