Pizza Crust/Flatbread Lines Moline Pizza Crust/Flatbread Lines consist of the YOGA high capacity no stress dough former, a sheeting line, a laminator, makeup line and trim removal equipment. Production rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour are dependent upon equipment size. Lines are available from 24" to 60" wide. Custom-built cutters provide the desired product size and production rate. Qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is uncrated, installed and put into operation. |
