Laminated or Folded Product Systems
Moline Laminated and Folded Product Systems consist of dough forming equipment (a Yoga dough former or a chunker/extruder combination), a sheeting line, laminator, makeup line (with cutting, folding/plowing equipment and water drip application), a proofer, a fryer and cooling/finishing equipment such as an icing/glazing station.  Production rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour are dependent upon equipment size (available from 24" to 60" wide).  Custom-built cutters provide the desired product shape, size and production rate.  Qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
