Curled Product Systems
The fully automated Moline Curled Product System is used for items such as honey buns and cinnamon rolls.  The system consists of a dough pump extruder, a sheeting line, a makeup line (with cutting, trim removal, topping, curling, flour removal and water application accessories), an automatic proofer loading system (transpositor or shuttle), a proofer, fryer and cooling equipment.  Curled product is efficiently produced at rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour depending on equipment size.  Systems are available from 24" to 60" wide.  As always, qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the system is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
