Cookie Production Line
The fully automated Moline Cookie Production Line consists of dough forming equipment (chunker with rotor extruder), sheeting line and  makeup line with trim cutting and removal, a stamper or cutting station for shape cutting and a flour removal hood.  These lines can efficiently produce cookies of all sizes and shapes with custom-built stamping dies or cutters at rates from 2,000 to 20,000 per hour.  Equipment is available from 24" to 60" wide.  As always, qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the equipment is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
