Cookie Production Line
The fully automated Moline Cookie Production Line consists of dough forming equipment (chunker with low stress dough former, sheeting line and  makeup line with trim cutting and removal, a stamper or cutting station for shape cutting and a flour removal hood.  These lines can efficiently produce cookies of all sizes and shapes with custom-built stamping dies or cutters at rates from 2,000 to 20,000 per hour.  Equipment is available from 24" to 60" wide.  As always, qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the equipment is uncrated, installed and put into operation.
