Production Equipment Moline Bread Equipment can produce breads in a variety of types and sizes. The equipment consists of a penta-roll extruder for dough forming, a sheeting line, a makeup line (with dough trim, guillotine cutting and trim return equipment) and a panner. This equipment can obtain rates from 2,000 to 20,000 pounds per hour depending on size (available in widths from 24" to 60" wide). Qualified factory-trained technicians provide onsite supervision as the equipment is uncrated, installed and put into operation. |
