Trim Removal Units
Moline trim removal equipment is designed to efficiently remove trim dough (also called rework or scrap dough) from the production system. Several different types of equipment are available, from the larger trim pickup units which remove the trim dough web from between cut product, to the smaller edge trimmers and diverters which remove trim dough that has been cut from the sides of the dough sheet. All are constructed of stainless steel with precision machined components.


Trim Return Equipment
The Moline trim return system is a series of conveyors designed to automatically remove trim dough from the production line and return it to the dough delivery system for reuse. The trim return conveyors are available in a variety of shapes and sizes and are custom-manufactured to suit customer requirements.
