Donut Depositor
The Moline DonutKing
Depositor is designed to continuously cut and drop
cake donut batter into a fryer kettle. Batter is fed by
gravity from the hopper toward the plungers where it is cut into
a row of product in the fryer flight pocket. The DonutKing is
electronically synchronized with the fryer so that each cut
falls accurately into the flight pockets.
MD-81 Pressure
Depositor
The Moline MD-81
Depositor is designed to continuously cut and drop cake donut
batter into a fryer kettle at high speeds. Air pressure is
used to feed the batter to the cutters for optimum product
weight control and consistent form. The unit is
electronically synchronized with the fryer so that each cut
falls accurately into the flight pockets.
Fill-O-Matic
Depositor
The Moline MD113
Fill-O-Matic cake donut depositor is designed to continuously
and uniformly cut, fill and deposit cake donuts into a fryer
at high speeds while maintaining accurate control of product weight, size and
filling. A ring of filling is automatically pumped into the
product as it is extruded from the cutter. The cutting action is
synchronized with fryer flight speed for accurate placement in
the fryer flight pockets.
Yeast-Raised
Pressure Depositor
This depositor is
mounted to the infeed of a proofer for high-volume raised donut
production with a lower initial capital investment
than other yeast raised systems and a small footprint. Dough is pressurized in the
high-capacity tank and deposited directly onto moving proofer
trays. Deposits are electronically synchronized for exact
product placement. |
